Kateřina Zámečníková | ALTERNATIVE EXHIBITION SPACES

I wanted to work with exhibition spaces focused on architecture.
We all know these static posters on the walls and constructed models distributed in the area.

My first idea was to create a technology that will be able to fit into any empty space.
I took an inspiration from Star Wars Leia hologram. Architecture can be shown in the similar way
by rendering accurate 3D model and projecting it into space. At the beginning I was interested in holographic projecting methods but by the time and on my closer examination with new materials
I have realised that there are more ways how to make exhibition unique and entertaining.

The exhibition spaces of the 21st century should look completely different.
Spaces creating their structures according to the visitors and interactive materials filling the space. That’s why I have done something like a mosaic where you can create an exhibition spaces with some parts of my ideas or build a whole exhibition on it. I have completed the final 6 variants (materials and technologies).
